You may put 50% down with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to arrival or make payment in full at the time of booking. Payment in full is required for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund less $250. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% forfeiture of reservation total. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of reservation total.
